Just wanted to give a PSA about installs. Due to the significant flooding and the fact we were over flood stage until this week, there has been limited installations able to get put in. The other fact of brutal winds or too cold temps from mother nature has also played significant factor in not being able to get started at the normal time.
Memorial day is also extra early this year, being on the weekend if the 22nd instead of weekend of the 30th. Due to all these factors, the majority of people will NOT be in by memorial day weekend. We are sorry, as everyone looks forward to the holiday, but its just not physically possible to squeeze installs of multiple people in such a short time.
Also wanted to give a forwarning to be patient. We have calls nonstop coming in for new people. We always try to prioritize those who are loyal customers first, and we are behind so if we dont call back ASAP, or get your stuff in when you want, blame mother nature. We are all human beings, and we will not take away from our people's safety working in too high water, or damaging winds to try and appease people's desires.
That being said, the best way to get ahold of us is our messenger. Please leave pictures if needed, and contact information. If a few days have passed and you think we forgot, we welcome friendly calls. What we will NOT tolerate is people yelling, trash talking us or the other marinas who are just as behind, or any threatening words. We are a community, and need to stick together during these times not shove more hate at people.
