My name is Bill Dianella, I’ve owned Hampton Body Works in Newton, NJ for the last forty-two years. From the very beginning in 1984, I’ve believed that God had a much bigger plan than simply owning an auto body shop and repairing cars.
I believe that calling is opening up our auto body shop to our youth, a place where young people can learn a trade. A place where they can work with their hands, build confidence, and create something real. When I was a teenager, I had a great teacher who invested in me, and I believe I’m being called to give back in that same way.
So, here’s what I have: the heart, the calling, and the facility.
Here’s what I don’t have: the experience to properly facilitate this project.
I’m looking for someone who has:
• A heart for our youth
• A calling bigger than themselves
• A desire to help build something meaningful for the next generation
There are 7.5 million open trade jobs in America today. And projections show that by 2040, over 55% of corporate jobs may be taken over by AI. My question is: Where are our future tradesmen and tradeswomen going to come from? And how will our young people provide for their families in the years ahead?
In my opinion, the answer is clear the trades.
If you have any input, ideas, or know someone who might be able to help guide or facilitate this project, I would be grateful to hear from you.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Sincerely, Bill Dianella
