Keep checking back here for updates made several times weekly. Track is under new management for the upcoming season. Feel free to post or PM for info. We are trying to reinstate things "as they were" and are waiting to contact webmaster at speedway website or to make a new webpage, to be decided. So far, let me throw out what I know.
Season will open in early April, officially. We will still b
e running every saturday night with practice likely to be on Thursdays but not positive just yet. Basically, the same divisionswill be in place with same rules as 2012. Any rule changes made will be made with the economy in mind. I am a driver myself (years past) and know the heaviness of the costs. On that note, the cost of admission, which was discussed being increased for the 2013 season, is actually DECREASING this year. There is no need to pile more on the backs of drivers, fans and family. Instead of 35$, I am dropping pit admission to 25$. It shouldn't be such a hit to the wallet to enjoy some fun for the night. Hopefully, UARA will be holding an event or 2. If they do, THEY set the admission prices so, I have no control over those events per pricing.
