Bigfoot Cycles is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Service Writer. If you’re passionate about motorcycles and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in the powersports industry.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service needs
Write up service tickets and communicate with technicians
Look up parts and provide accurate estimates/quotes
Answer phones and schedule service appointments
Keep service area paperwork organized and up to date
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn shop software
Mechanical knowledge a plus
Motorcycle endorsement a plus
What We’re Looking For:
This person will be working with our current service writer.
Dependable and team-oriented attitude
Positive personality and strong work ethic
Interest in motorcycles and the powersports industry
