NC State came this week and found 1️⃣2️⃣ Hellbenders in our section of the North Toe in about an hours span! That’s AMAZING!!! Hellbenders = Healthy River 😘 remember DONT STACK ROCKS! That’s where they live. Also we’ve got your Mud Puppy merch at the camp store for the Hellbenders Festival this weekend in Spruce Pine, stop on by!

This may not mean much to anyone else but today was a good day! Today is the FIRST check we’ve gotten since the week Helene came raging through. It’s been almost 2 years. Every penny has went back into rebuilding this place. And we made it work because we believed in MRFC and we were willing to sacrifice what needed to be in order to get this place up and running. And now we’re finally able to pay ourselves again! Such an amazing place to be at! If you own a business, YOU KNOW!

Summer Honey Harvest 🍯 just look at the color difference! The dark is rich & bold, while the light is mild & floral. we have A LOT of work ahead of us getting this all bottled, 15 gallons! So please be patient and as soon as it’s ready we’ll let y’all know!
