MPACT Collision

Tired of being just another number?

MPACT Collision of Medina is accepting applications for an A-Technician.

If you’re an experienced Collision Repair A-Tech working at a dealership or one of the large national MSOs, you already know…

• Endless meetings.
• Corporate policies written by people who’ve never repaired a car.
• Pressure to push vehicles through instead of repairing them correctly.
• Feeling like your opinion doesn’t matter.

There’s another way.

At MPACT Collision of MEDINA we’re a small, family-oriented MSO where people still know your name, your family matters, and your craftsmanship is respected.

We don’t answer to Wall Street. We answer to our customers, our teammates, and our community.

Our MEDINA, OH location is looking for an experienced A-Level Collision Repair Technician who takes pride in repairing vehicles the right way. We invest in OEM training, the latest repair equipment, and manufacturer repair procedures—not shortcuts.

What you’ll find here:

✔ Top-tier pay for top-tier talent
✔ Consistent work with no shortage of hours
✔ State-of-the-art equipment and technology
✔ OEM Certified repair environment committed to doing it right
✔ A leadership team that’s accessible—not hidden behind layers of corporate management
✔ A family-oriented culture built on respect, trust, and teamwork
✔ Opportunities for continued OEM training and professional growth

We believe great technicians deserve more than a production number. They deserve to be trusted, respected, and appreciated for the skill they bring every day.

We’re not trying to be the biggest collision repair company—we’re committed to being the best place you’ve ever worked.

If you’re looking for a place where your experience matters, your voice is heard, and quality is never compromised, we’d love to talk.

📞 Give us a call: Medina (330) 723-5574
