To anyone that wants to buy a car from Carvana think twice, they damaged the car I bought from them and never told me till I signed all the documents, when they brought the car around to me they then told me about the damages, it's just the lower spoiler and damage to the front bumper but they said they'd take care of it. a few days later they sent me a list of shops that I would need to take my car, one of their preferred shops was Maaco and that was a red flag to me. I called and ask if I could do the repair to my own car, they told me no but I could take it to any repair shop that I wanted if I wanted to pay a $350 deductible out of pocket. another red flag. I decided that I would rather take it to someone that I knew would do a good job and I trusted so I got a estimate and sent it to them, they then told me the only way they would fix it was to take it to one of their 3 shops that was on their list, It's My Car Pay Me.......
