UPDATE (7-12-24): CARDS ARE NOW WORKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

As many of you may already know Shell’s card network has been facing major issues for almost 24 hours with fits and starts. Service unfortunately still has yet to be restored and with that we share that frustration.

Currently Newcastle Shell is only able to accept CASH for inside and outside transactions. Shell is aware of the issues and has said they are working to fix it.

Updates will provided as available.

At about 12:55 AM Today Tuesday May 21st 2024 these individuals attempted to break-in to Newcastle Shell and were unsuccessful. I believe there to be three individuals, the two pictures as well as a driver. They appear to be in an older white Honda. If you have an information about these individuals please let us or your local law enforcement office know.

At 11:33 PM on Saturday March 30th the first panel of our front door glass was shattered by four suspects in a white vehicle, appears to be some sort of Hyundai or Kia. These suspects can be seen entering the property from 112th Ave SE and leaving the property southbound on Lake Washington Blvd SE. These individuals did not make entry into the building and drove off immediately after setting off the alarm. Please reach out to us if you have any information that may help law enforcement.

Hello Newcastle community! We want to wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving, here is a brief update on our Holiday hours.

We will be CLOSED on Thursday, 11-23 for Thanksgiving. We return on Friday, 11-24 at 8am. Our U-Haul Dealership will however be closed and will not be open until Monday 11-27.

Make sure to get any last minute Thanksgiving items today, especially propane!

- Assisting customers with transactions inside and out at the pumps.
- Stocking drinks, candy, chips, and other items to be sold in the Store.
- Cleaning up areas around the property including but not limited to the store, service center, restroom, and exterior areas of the building.
- Diligently and thoroughly completing outlined procedures or tasks that may be assigned in addition to everyday duties.

We will be opening at 8:00 AM tomorrow, Monday July 17th! You are still able to get fuel at the pumps using your preferred Credit or Debit card or even most mobile wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

As some of our regular customer may have noticed, we now have TAP TO PAY at the pumps. This allows you to use your mobile phone, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay to pay at the dispensers or instead of inserting your card into the dispenser you can just TAP it as long as it is a TAP compatible card.

Four green lights will appear and you will hear a tone if the payment was accepted by the pump, don’t forget to watch the screen for any other prompts, and then you can begin fueling!

Don’t forget to enter your QFC/Fred Meyer Loyalty or Shell Fuel Rewards number before TAPPING you card.
