Snorkel gear and pinion shaft damage on a 2018 Polaris RZR 1000 HL

Went ahead and did a full rebuild on it using a Sandcraft RCR bearing and seal kit with a billet shifter pawl ✅

New GDP trans case and Rhino 2.0 rear axles from Super ATV ✅

New Pinion shaft and snorkel gear from Partzilla ✅

New inner belt box bolts with rubber seals and an OEM belt from Polaris ✅

Bring them to us to get rid of all those POPS and THUDS everytime you hit a bump, customer brought this 2016 Polaris RZR Turbo in for a fan replacement and wanted us to check over everything else and we found a lot of play in the front suspension, check out below

- All new Heavy duty control arm bushings ✅
- All new Kryptonite screw on ball joints(get rid of those weak snap rings on OEM style ball joints) ✅
- OEM brake pads all the way around ✅
- OEM wheel bearings on the rear
- OEM upgraded fan assembly (most 2016 models got upgraded from the two wire fan to the 2017 style fan with 4 wires for overheating issues) ✅

2016 Honda Pioneer 500

Customer brought in with a no up shift issue, after testing a few electrical components we found no signal for an up shift and upon further inspection found the tab on the up shift switch had broken off, ordered an OEM shift switch and service kit and got it knocked out.

With that being said, bring your faulty machine in to MSM Off-Road for proper testing instead of parts just being thrown at it. Contact us for any parts/repairs/accessories. 💪🏼🔧

Customer brought in this 2021 Polaris RZR 1000 XP Highlifter with a completely ripped out steering rack. We did our thing and replaced it with a Super ATV Rackboss 2.0 with solid steel tie rods and now he’s been turning smoothly and reliably.
