Remote Part-Time Position Opportunity:

Metal-tech 4x4 is hiring a part-time remote Customer Service Representative to help manage customer communication and order updates.

This is a flexible, work-from-home role (~3 hours/day, Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails
Return customer phone calls (callbacks only)
Provide order status updates
Send shipping notifications (including freight/LTL shipments)

Schedule & workflow:
~3 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Flexible timing within the day
No live inbound call queue — calls are primarily callbacks and follow-ups

Consistency and daily responsiveness are important

What we’re looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and reliable
Comfortable working independently

Experience with customer service, shipping/logistics, or automotive/off-road products is a plus.

Compensation:

$18–22/hr depending on experience

Told the 18yr old intern this custom FJ43 roll cage was going to get explained it to her and challenged her to tag it up for BK. Those that don’t know the Stayner his is great guy in the TLCA that can fix just about anything. In this case weld up a custom Metal-Tech 4x4 roll cage 4 states away.

Check Your Nuts! It’s National nut day, but we see it as grab some wrenches and check the torque on those nuts. Steering, drivelines etc. For those with our rear links, we include this patch with them to help remind you need to make sure the jam. It’s are independently tight. Back off some to verify not fused to the threads, then tighten back down. Barbie Bronco, mystic pink repaint. Got to my hotel at 1AM. Walking to the door my Brian said “what the heck was that!” I turned around and walked 4 cars back. Yup. Custom pink mystic painted Bronco 6G with a Barbie badge. I’m just Ken, kicked off in my head.
