Pontoon Restoration — Built From the Deck Up 🔧

A full pontoon restoration is a lot more than just making the seats look new.
On this project, we stripped the boat down, replaced the decking, installed new marine flooring, and reupholstered the existing furniture to give the interior a completely fresh look.
The goal is to keep as much of the original boat as makes sense while rebuilding the worn-out areas properly and giving it years of life again.
If you have an older pontoon that’s mechanically sound but the decking, flooring, or upholstery have seen better days, send us a few pictures. We’d be happy to take a look and talk about what a restoration could look like.

Fresh Bimini Top & Matching Boot ✅

We just finished up this new Bimini top and matching storage boot for this Bennington pontoon.

A properly fitted Bimini gives you the shade you want on the water while keeping a clean, factory-style appearance on the boat. When it’s time to put it away, the matching boot keeps everything protected and looking finished.

If your Bimini canvas is faded, torn, stretched out, or simply ready for an update, we can replace the canvas while utilizing your existing frame when it’s still in good condition.

A little behind the scenes in the shop today. 🧵

A lot of the quality in custom marine canvas comes down to the details you may never notice once the job is finished.

Today we’re working through zipper installation and finishing work, making sure everything is aligned, sewn cleanly, and reinforced where needed for dependable use.

It’s not always the flashy part of the job, but these small details are what make the difference between something that simply fits and something that’s built to last.

Every project that leaves our shop gets the same attention to fit, function, and craftsmanship.

If you have a marine canvas or upholstery project you’ve been thinking about, send us a few pictures and we’d be happy to take a look.

🚤 Protect the investment you’ve already made.

A little routine care can make a big difference in how long your boat cover and upholstery last.

✅ Keep covers clean and completely dry before storing
✅ Check straps, seams, vents, and reinforcement areas throughout the season
✅ Avoid leaving moisture trapped under the cover
✅ Clean marine upholstery with mild soap and water — avoid harsh household cleaners
✅ Take care of small splits, loose seams, or worn areas before they turn into bigger repairs

A quality cover and properly cared-for upholstery can give you years of dependable service.

If your cover is starting to leak, seams are coming loose, or your upholstery is cracking, splitting, or showing its age, send us a few pictures. Sometimes a repair is all it takes to get more life out of what you already have.

Sometimes a small upholstery repair makes a big difference.

On this Baretta seat, we replaced the two lower vinyl sections that had failed while keeping the original upper section and embroidery intact.

The new material was matched into the existing design so the finished seat still looks factory-correct and blends back into the rest of the boat.

If your boat upholstery has split seams, torn panels, or worn sections, you may not always need to replace everything. Send us a few pictures and we can take a look.

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER

Not every upholstery job needs a complete rebuild.

This pontoon seat had damaged material, but the rest of the upholstery was still in good enough condition to save. We carefully took it apart, replaced the damaged section, and matched the existing design so the customer could get more life out of the original interior.

That’s one of the things we look at on every upholstery job — what actually needs to be replaced and what can still be saved.

If your boat seats are torn, cracked, faded, or starting to come apart, bring them by and let us take a look.
