Road Patrol Deputies are reporting dangerous driving conditions across the area due to blowing and drifting snow. Visibility is rapidly decreasing in open areas, and road surfaces are becoming slick.

Drivers are urged to:
• Reduce speed and increase following distance
• Use headlights and avoid sudden braking
• Stay alert for drifting snow and icy patches
• Allow extra time for travel or avoid unnecessary driving

There are currently multiple active accidents in the county. Our deputies will continue monitoring road conditions. Please use extreme caution and stay safe.
