This is what I've dealt with.. the executor of my fathers Will and Grandparents was all out for himself. This is absolutely the lowest piece of humanity there is. Scum. Ed Bogus had NOTHING to do with rebuilding our business.. left us to get another job. He had NOTHING to do with taking care of my father in his final days, leaving me to pay all CoPays etc. Never getting anything in return from estate! As you can see... He broke into my residence which was also my fathers. He stole my personal belongings as well as Estate belongings. Which were never dispersed as from a court ruling. He ignored the courts. He was strictly out for his own personal gain! I was threatened, lived in fear as you can see why. I have many pics and ton of evidence to prosecute.. it will happen! I was forced out of business, which I later found out it was in my name.. I was forced out of my home, having everything stolen while he broke in! Many times! His attorney did nothing but lie in court and dragging on such a simple estate, for his own benefit! Stealing thousands of dollars from estate for himself! Thomas Vitale of Kenilworth! Costing myself thousand of dollars for no reason. I paid to rebuild business and building and got $0 in return! They lied in court and stole business!! My belongings were stolen from my home!! As pics tell all, he broke into my home stealing everything! As a human being, you couldnt sink any lower!! He didnt help rebuild business.. he had nothing to do with taking care of my father( wouldn even sign papers at time of death because was affraid it would cost him money)! Very sad. I signed and paid.. never to get money in return! He Ignored the WILL. He didnt do anything to help, but made sure he took me to court, then stole everything we had.. of my Father and I. This scum of the earth.. needs justice. I am seeking court papers now. Have many pics and evidence I need to prosecute. Thank you all so much! God Bless. 🙏
