Just so you know, customer satisfaction is my number one concern, its come to my attention to that some negative reviews have been posted, I'm not able to dispute these reviews, but they are not accurate, and do not reflect the actual account of what happened. Sometimes people cannot accept the reality of the issue, I try to explain the problem but they just hear what they want to hear. Those that know me, know that I'm straight forward and honest.
