AFTER EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM TO CHELSAE KELLY MY LOVELY SALES PERSON SHE DISCUSSED IT WITH THEIR FANTASTIC SERVICE MANAGER GREGG HE SAID HE WOULD CALL FORD AND SEE IF IT WAS COVERED COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS COVERED AND THEN HE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH MIKE THE BODY SHOP MANAGER AND HE GOT A GOOD MAN TO PUT THE BACK GLASS IN MY TRUCK..
