The first UAC Leadership Summit is officially in the books.

We welcomed attendees from 59 companies, with more than 40 traveling from out of state, and partnered with some of the most exciting players in the industry including Autel, National Calibration and Diagnostic Solutions, Burke Porter, OEC, and ALLDATA.

The goal of the Leadership Summit was simple: bring together shop owners, technicians, trainers, OEM representatives, and industry partners to learn from one another and have meaningful conversations about the future of ADAS.

What stood out most was how many conversations continued long after a session ended, with a consistent theme that shops everywhere are facing many of the same ADAS challenges, from training and documentation to workflow management.

Events like this reinforce the value of bringing the industry together to learn from one another, share expertise, and move the conversation forward.

Most shops are doing ADAS work, but most aren’t doing it in a way that's consistent, documented, and actually scalable.

That's where the ADAS Calibration Maturity Curve is helpful. It shows shops where they stand today and the next steps they should take to optimize their ADAS capabilities.

Hundreds of shops have already taken the assessment and it just takes a few minutes. Find the link in the comments.

Precision Automotive Calibration Experts runs seven ADAS calibration centers across Tennessee, and they've been with Revv since the beginning.

As they scaled, operations became harder to manage. The high volume of repairs was making workflows unmanageable, especially without a central system to track it all.

They used Revv to get it under control. Today, they're saving 20 minutes per work order, recovering 250 technician hours every month, and their body shop partners are seeing a 3-5% gain in ADAS revenue.

If you're scaling calibration operations and running into the same friction, their story is worth a read. Full case study in the comments.

We're excited to share that Revv has been shortlisted for the AutoTech ADAS & Safety Technology Award.

The nomination recognizes our AI-Powered Vehicle Calibration Operating System, which was built to bring consistency, documentation, and scalability to how shops run ADAS calibration operations.

The AutoTech Awards bring together some of the most innovative companies in the industry, and we're proud to be among the names on this year's shortlist.

6. That's the number Doug Higgins landed on after running the math.

6 ADAS-affected jobs a month is all it takes to break even on in-house calibrations at Stage 2, and most shops have even more volume than that sitting on the table.

If you've been on the fence about what the right next move is for your shop, this is exactly the kind of clarity that helps you decide. Thanks to Doug Higgins for running the numbers.

Take the maturity curve assessment to see where you stand. Link in the comments.

If you're doing more than 6 ADAS-affected jobs a month, the Stage 2 in-house operating math already pays for itself. Most shops are doing way more than that. Yesterday I walked Revv's five-stage capability curve. Today is the math at Stage 2. The version where existing techs do simple cals with exce...

Cameras. Radar. Ultrasonics. Three very different sensors, and each one plays a critical role in making ADAS work.

But do you know what each one actually does, where it lives on the vehicle, and what affects it after a repair?

Join us on Wednesday, May 28th at 1:00pm for our free webinar: Meet the Sensors: Cameras, Radar, Ultrasonics, and Where They Live, and walk away knowing exactly what you're working with.

We'll break it all down. Find the link to register in the comments.

Our CEO and Co-Founder Adi Bathla joined Viraj Ala for a conversation on his journey from working with NASA at 16, to building Revv into a company working with over 6,000 shops across North America.

He shares a few lessons on taking risks, building a team, and why starting before you're ready is usually the right call.

Meet Ron Racine, one of the advisors on our United ADAS Collective Advisory Board.

He performed his first ADAS calibration in 2004 on a Volkswagen Phaeton. 20 years later, he’s an industry veteran and brings deep experience across vehicle dynamics, wheel alignment, and NVH.

Ron believes the industry is underestimating the importance of ADAS recalibration, and OEMs need to better support the aftermarket with the repair information and equipment it actually needs.

He joined the UAC to help drive consistency in calibration standards and advocate for fair reimbursement.

Welcome to the advisory board, Ron!
