Fred is a BAD MAN!!!!
Fred the owner is a LIAR, UNDERHANDED and he treats his employees REALLY BAD!
He overcharges and doesn't do the complete work as specified to vehicle's owner.
I called for price to power wash my engine top and under because my mechanic needed to check where a power steering leak was coming from. I was quoted $75.00. When I picked up my car I was charged $156.62. I checked the top and all seemed clean. When I got to my mechanic and the car was raised on the lift it had not been touched underneath. I drove back to Fred's, he told different stories
-"we forgot to do under"
-"the guy that did the work is mentally unstable and doesn't listen"
-"you only said you needed a power wash on top"
In any event the "mentally unstable" employee power washed under and I left, never to return.
When I told my husband what happened he told me that a few years ago he had taken our car there for a windshield replacement and had terrible experience also. Which if I had known it was this place I wouldn't have gone there.
-My husband was approached by one of Fred's runners at the stoplight who then called Fred and told my husband the windshield would be $75.
-After it was installed Fred said it would be $160. My husband told him to take the windshield out. Fred refused to do so, my husband told him he was not paying more than $75 quoted on phone. They argued and Fred had to honor the quoted price.
Moral of the story Fred likes the number $75 to reel you into his establishment. "DON'T GET SUCKERED INTO FRED'S PLACE"
