Telacar is one of the pillars of the black car industry in New York City. Our current management team has been in place over 20 years. Our fleet of over 190 sedans consists mainly of late model black Lincoln Town Cars and we cover Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Bronx. We service a diverse account base, including corporate accounts, healthcare, and upscale private clients. * Ability to customize account profile to limit usage i.e stops, waiting time, no shows, time that the account can be used etc.
* Ability to capture unlimited information data fields to be used to sort an invoice or provide MIS reporting
* Ability to control call ordering to only authorized users
* Ability to invoice to numerous customer specifications via paper or electronically, along with scanned copies of all vouchers
* Ability to charge service to credit cards, either by individual trip or by total invoice
