Our Story

True Sailing was started by a group of NYC friends who routinely caught themselves daydreaming about being out on the water. As it turns out, lots of people share this dream, and we all know that New York City is the very best place to turn dreams into reality. So, we bought a 42-foot American-built Catalina sailboat and decked it out with the best sound system, the comfiest cushions, and all the amenities you could possibly need at sea. We found a new way to have fun in our city, and we love nothing more than sharing it with you through our private sailing experience. From our brunch cruises and historical skyscraper tours to our meditation sails and even sailing lessons, our outings are as diverse and exciting as the awesome people we bring aboard. Join the adventure -- we can’t wait to take you sailing!
