We’ve always tried to take care of our customers the best way we can.

For the most part, we have never charged our customers labor, even in situations where the manufacturer does not cover or reimburse us for that labor. We’ve simply absorbed that cost because we wanted to help our customers.

Unfortunately, moving forward, we will have to make a change.

If labor is not covered by your cart’s manufacturer or warranty, there will be a labor charge for the work performed.

We want to be completely transparent — all labor costs will be discussed and approved upfront before any work is completed. There will be no surprise charges.

We truly appreciate every customer who chooses Volunteer Golf Carts, and we’ll continue doing everything we can to provide great service and take care of our customers. This change simply allows us to continue providing the level of service you expect from us.
