Happy Birthday, Matthew!

If you’ve been around Martin’s New Salisbury location, there’s a pretty good chance you know Matthew.

As our Location Manager and Estimator, he keeps a lot of plates spinning, but it’s the relationships he’s built with our customers, team, and community that make him such a familiar face around here.

We’re lucky to have him leading the New Salisbury team.

Help us wish Matthew a very Happy Birthday! 🎉

SURVEY SAYS... 🥧

It's National Dessert Day, so we asked the Martin's crew a few very important questions.

What's their favorite dessert? How often do they indulge? And the ultimate debate: homemade or store-bought?

The results are in! Pie took the top spot, although several employees made it very clear that their pie MUST come with ice cream. Apparently, that's non-negotiable.

And cake? Not a single vote. Ouch.

Swipe to see how the team voted!

Now it's your turn. Are you Team Pie, Team Cake, or does your dessert need a scoop of ice cream on the side?

The Diamond Standard #1: Perform with Excellence.
Sometimes doing your best comes down to the things most people will never notice.

A panel that lines up the way it should. A paint match that disappears into the rest of the vehicle. A technician stopping to check something one more time before calling the job complete.

At Martin’s, every repair that leaves our shop carries our name with it.
That’s why “good enough” isn’t the standard.

Perform with Excellence. Every repair. Every detail.

You’ve seen the diamond. But do you know what it stands for?

At Martin’s, our diamond represents four standards that guide how we work, how we make decisions and how we take care of the people who trust us with their vehicles:

♦ Perform With Excellence.
♦ Take Personal Responsibility.
♦ Always Do the Right Thing.
♦ Show People You Care.

We call it The Diamond Standard.

Over the next several weeks, we’re taking you inside the shop to show you what those standards look like in practice, including some of the details our team notices that most people never see.

The Diamond Standard guides how we work, the decisions we make and how we care for our customers. Now we want to show you what that looks like in action.
