Are you an experienced Commercial & Heavy-Duty Truck Technician looking for a great workplace, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow? We're seeking a skilled technician to help keep our fleet and customers' trucks operating safely and efficiently.

Position: Commercial / Heavy-Duty Truck Technician

Location: New Richmond
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty trucks and commercial vehicles.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections and services.
Troubleshoot diesel engines, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, steering, and driveline components.
Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Communicate repair findings and recommendations with management and customers.
Qualifications

Experience working on commercial trucks and heavy-duty equipment.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, and electrical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required.
Technical certifications are a plus.

I didn’t know when I was a little girl that my dreams would involve: tires, construction, and expansion. Good for me that God already knows the plans He has for us and provided the best possible people to make my dreams a reality.

Over a year ago Jake and I started the process of purchasing another parcel of land to expand Triple Tire. Our first choice of Contractors was Jessy of Rivard Builders. We have known him for years through the horse community. His family boards at my parents ranch.

Jessy has been with us (mostly me) when I start conversations with “So I have an idea…” and has worked tirelessly to make them even better than we can imagine.

If you know us and Jessy you know we love animals. You have to to spend your weekends at shows to watch your kid compete for less than a minute. 😉 We want to make sure we address any and all concerns regarding the Eagle Nest south of this new build. We have been in contact with the DNR and have the appropriate permits to move forward. In addition, Jessy has spent mornings and evenings monitoring the nest to ensure the eagles are not in distress. 🦅 Taking up residence next to a tire shop and next to anywhere I am (if you don’t know me I am the loudest thing at Triple Tire) they are remaining un phased by the construction.

We are so excited to be able to continue to grow in the community that we love and look forward to providing you guys with the best service.

It’s horse trailer season! 🐴

This trailer came in for an annual bearing repack, and during the brake inspection we found the brake shoes separating. Definitely not something you want discovering itself on the highway with horses in tow.

A good reminder why annual trailer service matters — even if you don’t put a ton of miles on it. Time, moisture, and sitting can be just as hard on components as heavy use.

If your trailer’s been parked all winter, now’s the time to get it checked over before show season and camping trips are in full swing.
