That time he said he was sorry... I was already gone. Mentally, emotionally, but physically, I was preparing my escape plan That was 2024... as captioned in photo
P.S. I was still healing front a knee injury. He was mad I was "not doing enough. I was being dramatic and lazy..." Then also got mad because I wouldn't use the wheelchair that made him look like a hero when I, eventually was able to walk three months later. The confusion was intense.

I never knew what it would feel like to live with a narcissist. Now that I knows, first, I need to apologize for not being an ally. I had no idea. I only thought people were just being mean in relationships and not caring. Living with a narcissist is a death by a million cuts that you were groomed to ignore since the time you were born into a narcissist parental home. It's deep rooted and by the time you meet the real narcissist, you are, hopefully prepared to know how to escape like I did...
Yes, cracked, but not broken. Confused, but more knowledgeable and somewhat aware, knowing this is not what will take you down. Willing to help his next victim, as well as his past victims
