Always remember to use the proper filter or filters for your heating and cooling unit. In this persons case a previous contractor installed additional returns. Just about always a good idea but when they installed them, they left the owner no way to filter the new return air. This resulted in the unit working twice as hard to get air.

We cleaned the evap coil and will replace the grilles with filter returns.
