Whaling City Auto Group continues to expand!! We are looking for office personnel to help with DMV, Rebates, and other various tasks in our busy accounting office!

Essential Duties
Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.

Prepares tax and title documents.

Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.

Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.

Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month.

Stocks in new and used vehicles into inventory.

Keeps up to date with all the incentives and verifies all rebates for each deal. Once verified, process the rebates and follow up to assure that we get provide all documents needed and get the funds.

Able to do other duties in the office as assigned.

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
