Towing Operator Vacancy:

TMC Automotive is looking for a motivated, trustworthy and honest individual to grow our daily towing operations. The ability to work independently, safely and efficiently is a must. Experience preferred, although not required as hands on training and classroom can and will be provided. Salary is commission based, and the cap is only limited by your ability to answer the phone and receive the tow dispatch calls. Truly a rewarding position, helping stranded motorists through various motor clubs and insurance agencies, along with our vast customer base. Good people skills are required. Looking for an individual that possesses a good attitude and work ethic. Must be a Team player. Prior experience in mechanical or technical background preferred. Vast variety of work is at hand daily, requiring diversity and willingness to learn new skills daily. Training is provided both formal classes and on the job. ASE certification program provided by employer and factory classes also provided when available/applicable. If an apprentice, a Napa apprenticeship program is available and currently in use at our business. Salary based on experience.
