Guy came in for a last minute PM on a very busy schedule with 25% derate flashing on the dash.

Long story short it'll be a little bit longer then he expected after running it for 20 minutes it begins shutting down

Customer states

"It wasn't shutting down when I drove it in"

Buddy your lucky you made it here

Make sure you get your dpf issues handled before they handle you 🤷
