We’re a family-owned and operated business, and we mean that literally. Our family is involved in every part of the business, from getting our hands dirty in the shop to working behind the scenes to keep things running. We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance/Hydraulics Technician to join our team!

With experience in:
🛠️ Industrial maintenance and mechanical repair
🔩 Tearing apart, rebuilding, and repairing hydraulic cylinders
💧 Changing hydraulic hoses and diagnosing hydraulic leaks
⚙️ Troubleshooting hydraulic systems and equipment
🔥 MIG welding and general welding
🔧 General equipment maintenance and repair

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, mechanically minded, and able to troubleshoot problems and get the job done.

Industrial maintenance and/or hydraulic experience is preferred.

He comes by the shop nearly every day, broom in hand, keeping things neat and in order. Always dressed his best. Always ready to help.

"Hard work won't kill ya!" After 92 years, we'd say he's got the proof to back it up.

We're thankful that we don't just get to hear stories about men like Charles—we get to watch one in action! ❤️
