Every day, the people who help keep New Haven moving make a difference—sometimes in ways that go far beyond parking.

This week, we join our community in recognizing security guard Jaylan Jackson, whose compassion, quick thinking, and courage helped save a life at Temple Street Garage. His actions are a powerful reminder that a simple act of kindness can have a lasting impact.

Thank you, Jaylan, for your professionalism, selflessness, and for representing the very best of our New Haven community. 💙
