Automobile Service Manager wanted
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automobile Service Station Manager to oversee the efficient and effective running of our service station. As the manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automobile maintenance and repair processes.
Automobile Service Station Manager Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
2. Ensure the efficient and timely completion of customer vehicle repairs and maintenance, while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Develop and implement service procedures and policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering parts and supplies, and overseeing the organization of the parts department.
5. Manage customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.
6. Monitor and analyze department performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
7. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work to technicians, ensuring optimal productivity and resource utilization.
8. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulations.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, recommending and implementing relevant technological and process improvements.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and attract new business.
Automobile Service Station Manager Required Skills

Required Qualifications
1. High school diploma/technical or equivalent. administration or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the automotive service industry, with 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing a service station or similar automotive repair facility.
4. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
5. Certification or training in automotive service or mechanics is a plus.
