H&H in New Haven, IN is hiring a Front Desk Manager to help us take great care of our customers.
Automotive or commercial truck background is required. Please do not apply if you’ve never worked around vehicles, a shop, or parts before.
This role is perfect for someone who:
-Has experience in automotive or commercial truck repair, service writing, parts, or a similar role
-Enjoys talking to people and solving problems
-Can stay organized when the phones are ringing and the shop is busy
-Wants stable, full-time work in a locally owned business
What you’ll do:
-Greet customers in person and on the phone
-Schedule appointments and keep the calendar organized
-Give basic updates on repair status and coordinate with our technicians
-Handle payments and simple paperwork

-Competitive pay: $22–$26/hour depending on experience
