Yesterday, a new customer found one of our brand-new 10’ × 30’ climate-controlled units online and reserved it for a future move-in date.

After a quick follow-up from our office, she stopped in to take a look…

…and decided to move in that same day. 🔑

That’s one of our favorite parts of being a locally managed facility.

You can call us. You can stop in. You can walk through the space, ask questions, and actually talk to someone who knows the property and wants to help you find the right fit.

Storage may be about square footage…

Another exciting update from our newly expanded facility…

Our brand-new climate-controlled storage units are now officially live on U-Haul.com and available for online reservation! 🎉

That means whether you’re planning ahead during your morning coffee, tackling your moving checklist after work, or suddenly deciding at 10 PM that you absolutely cannot look at one more box in your spare room… 😂

You can check availability and reserve storage online when it’s convenient for you.

Prefer talking to an actual person? We’re still here for that too. 💚

Since opening our brand-new climate-controlled units, we’ve already started welcoming customers into the new space — including larger 10’ × 30’ units for those who need some serious room.

We mention that our units are climate controlled pretty often—but what does that actually mean for your stuff?

Connecticut gives us a little bit of everything. ☀️❄️

Okay…this one has some ROOM. 👀

As we get closer to opening our brand-new climate-controlled units, we thought we’d give you a peek inside one of our largest new spaces!

A 10’ x 30’ unit gives you approximately 300 square feet of storage space, making it a great option for larger moves, whole-home storage, business inventory, furniture, equipment, or those seasons of life when you simply need a LOT more room.

And the best part?

It’s indoors, climate controlled, clean, bright, and right here at New Hartford Self Storage. 🙌🏼

Our new units aren’t quite ready for reservations yet—but our wait list is OPEN! 📝
