I have been this guy! at piney campground embarrassed because my camper was dirty from being rained on all winter. It looks clean from a distance, but when you run your finger across it it leaves a trail through that dirty film. I'm busy and I don't have the time to scrub that entire camper before a camping trip, I just need to hook up and go!

This is why storing it inside is the ideal thing!

-No sun fading and wearing out my paintjob,
-No constant TN,KY winter rains trying to find that entrance point to leak through my slide out etc.
-No hot sun baking my vent covers on my roof making them brittle to crack and break.
-No carpet of leaves laying on my roof all winter causing all sorts of problems!
-No pulling it miles home taking chances on a low hanging limb knocking a hole through the roof or damaging AC on the roof.
-No pulling it miles and miles wearing out the tires and bearings and risk having that most terrible day of fixing a flat on the side of the road!

Ok friends . Don’t be that guy on the lake next year with your pontoon seats looking like this! Don’t think to yourself “I’ll just park my expensive pontoon in my yard and I’ll wash it next year before I go to the lake!” You will regret it! Your seats will look like this , you’ll spend hours trying to clean that you won’t even enjoy your boat because of all the extra work.

Park it in State line boat storage , located at 14800 Ky-121south,New Concorde ,KY , Just plug up your battery retainer and next year just come hook up and go!

Our units are all 14x40 and we have a huge parking lot making it easy to back your boat in. Each unit has a plug-in and light .

Right now you can either pay $95 a month for first three months then regular price of $165 after that OR you can pay by the year and get 3 months free!

Don’t be that guy with the ugly seats and end up covering them with beach towels! Our storage units are your solution.

The end of the season is coming up and we want to fill all of our remaining units so this is a limited time offer.

3 months free!

you receive the 4th month free if you get moved in while this promotion lasts. Its for the yearly rate but we can bill you monthly so you do not have to come out of pocket all at once to receive the yearly rate PLUS you receive a extra month free! (normally yearly rate is 10 times the list price if you pay a year in advance)

Every unit is 14x40 on the inside , door is 12' wide. Each unit has a light and plugin to power your battery maintainers or battery chargers. ( you cannot plug camper in with AC , or plug freezers in etc)

Parking lot is huge!! so even if you are not experienced backing in your trailer you will not have any issues backing into your unit with the large parking lot! I know how hard it is making tight turns in a extended cab truck with 30' camper in tow!

water is available in parking lot to wash your campers, fill your tanks, wash off your boats etc.

Come give us a try with this limited time offer in our new storage units located at 14800 Ky-121 south, New Concord ,KY . Exactly 5 miles from Paris Landing state park just past the TN/KY state line. www.statelineboatstorage.com
