We would like to say thank you to NASCAR and their people for the wonderful time we were shown at the Coca Cola 600. We were given the VIP treatment as new track owners and future endorsements from NASCAR for the 2023 season. Discussions are moving ahead for the season and we will be posting a schedule hopefully by the end of Summer.

We will be going to New Hampshire in July for the Ambetter 301 NASCAR Cup Series. Meeting with all the principles in this track deal for a few days and planning our strategy for the coming years while enjoying the royal treatment we are given as new track owners.

In August, we are invited to be guests of NASCAR at Watkins Glen when track owners from around the country are attending for a couple days of meetings and discussions of the future of racing and what changes will be coming in future years.

We have some great videos and will be posting highlights from the events.

A couple of the new owners were at Adirondack this week and are not as optimistic as some of the other investors, but we believe that we can finally make a difference.
We have some great name change ideas and will be moving ahead for 2023.

And the concerts that are being negotiated. You are going to love the talent we have planned for a lineup of summer concerts starting in 2023 and 2024 already has a few commits.

And a huge thank you to all the people in Lowville and the surrounding areas that have wished us the best and will be supporting and standing with us as we move the needle on finally having a great facility for the public and for the family to attend without fear of unsanctioned events and the debauchery that past events brought to the area.

When we get back from Watkins Glen we are having a public meeting to introduce the owners and lay out the plans and ideas to take the facility into a new era. This is open to the public and we hope to see you all there.

Save all your comments and questions until we can meet in person. Much more productive. We are hoping to meet at the facility and make presentations from the infield.
Once again, see you all in September or October. TBD!! We will post as soon as we have a date that we can all be in New York at the same time and still warm enough to sit outside for several hours and meet with all the people that we hope will attend.

It has once again been brought to our attention that Brian Swank, who is related to Paul Lyndaker, has been making false comments.
Please, check the foreclosure in the courts.
Paul lost 2 years ago and the Covid mandate would not allow the mortgage lender to proceed with the foreclosure and eviction from the properties.
They are moving forward and the new owners that purchased last summer is moving forward as soon as the title is free and clear, which will be court ordered after the receiver is done.
Paul in the meantime has been ordered to turn over everything, but he refuses. He is selling stuff on Craigslist and privately. He is booking events in a last ditch effort to try to steal money from the operations even thought the court has ordered it to go to mortgage lender.

Nobody out there has a clue what is going on and everything you are posting is incorrect or just plain false.

The new owners spent the entire summer and fall rebuilding and fixing the facilities and if there is any doubt about that ask the few hundred people that did attend a few events who was running the facility and who was using their cash influx to keep it going.

Paul is an immoral liar that has defrauded every single person he comes in contact with. He has stolen money from local residents to several of his own relatives. The 2 million that he owes on the mortgage is owed to his own nephew who loaned it to him over the years under total lies and Paul's typical bull to try to hang on. Paul lives on other peoples money and takes advantage of the unknown.

Paul Lyndaker and Eric Young cooked up the mud events as an easy way to make cash that was unaccountable.
They never had insurance and never had permits to hold one event.
The name Adirondack Motorsports Park was a name that kicked around last summer by the new owner and she did purchase a web site which was used for a few events last fall. Paul had nothing to do with anything.
Paul tried to steal the Stuck in the Muck name from Eric and the owners would have nothing to do with it because of the bad reputation the name carried with government agencies. All of the sites were bought and are paid for and maintained by the new owners as part of the purchase agreement.
Instead of listening to Paul Lyndakers lies, just ask Eric and Paul to produce valid insurance certificates and permits for these alleged events they think they are having.
They have none and they will not buy any because of the expense.
The man that died was in the park illegally as was Eric and everybody else in violation of a cease and desist by the DOH and the county.
The girl that was injured last summer is suing for a million for medical bills and if there had been insurance, they would have been paid by the insurance company.

Just look at the court records. They are free to read and maybe you will get the truth.
Or better yet, call the attorney for the mortgage holder in Syracuse and hear it from her.
Bottom line is Paul cannot pay for the mortgage and has been paying for years and years. He can barely make the taxes until minutes before they are due and then he borrows that from an unsuspecting person.
Ask his employees how he pays them. Or better yet, how the state unemployment pays them.

Bottom line is this. Paul is foreclosed on. He will be out very soon. He owes 2 million to the mortgage holder and countless liens against the properties that will still be owed even after he is removed.
He tried to hood wink these new owners last summer because they are all from out of state. But when they became aware of his intent to take their money and try to screw them on the property, they were just victims behind many that he already did the same thing to.
That is why he sits at the gates and drives through the park during Eric Youngs events to count how much money he thinks he made and how much Eric screws him out of.
And all Paul did was register a business name for 25.00 to try and make it look like he was doing something by the book. Adirondack Motorsports Park is nothing more than a name that has not had any bad affiliations with it. Period
But the county is well aware he is foreclosed on. They have the court records and they have the demand that any money Paul makes from dealing with them is to go to the attorney or the court.
Stop letting Paul fool you.

Somebody will own that track very soon. If the new owners decide to walk, there are a half dozen that already are waiting to buy it. It is for sale if they walk away and there are so many possibilities and in meetings with the county, some very good ideas for the community to have a viable facility for events.

So we urge you to do your own due diligence with the events that Paul and Eric have scheduled. They were advised to cancel but are refusing to do so. So it will be very interesting when people plan their time to come there and nothing happens again. The court is involved and their decisions will be impactful.
So to the few of you who post rude comments daily and half baked stories, just sit back and watch what happens and be happy for the next great things to happen at the former race track.

Stop listening to Paul Lyndacker or the crew that he has working for him in his office and pit. They are clueless and have to lie and back him up to get a pay check. When they get one and where the money comes from to pay them.

We once again ask you to demand a copy of the insurance certificates that are to be issued 45 days before the event for the permits and authorizations. THERE ARE NONE.
His total disregard for your safety and the necessary insurance to pay for anything when it happens is wrong. Would you endanger your family at an event or facility that was uninsured???? No you would not.
The new owners canceled the events the because Eric refused to sign agreements to be in the park and provide the necessary permits and insurance. He canceled nothing. Yet he was quick to post FB stories that he was wronged.
You cannot hold events without the mandatory coverage. Period.
So I ask you again to do your own due diligence and demand to see a CURRENT copy of the insurance and county permits.
And then before you plan to put time and your money into attending this unsanctioned event, make sure it is an actual event that will take place. As of now, there will be no mud events and the court will have the final word.

We would like to take a moment and honor the veterans that have preserved our freedoms since the beginning of time. But in a special honor, two of the new owners are Vietnam Vets and they are being honored at the raceway in North Carolina by NASCAR this weekend at the Coca Cola 600.
We would have been doing something at the track if everything would have worked our as originally planned last year.
We would like to thank the thousands of supporters that have rallied and support the new track program.

We welcome all drivers but leave the drama outside the gates. We will not do the drama that shut the track down during the last owner. We will be doing sanctioned events and are working with NASCAR on the 2023 and 2024 schedule now.
And the nasty opinions that are made leave them outside the gate as well. Come and enjoy as a spectator or as a driver, but the rules are the rules and will be enforced.
This is a business and the bottom line will be the successful seasons that are being formed for the coming years.

We received a great letter from the County of Lewis wishing us the highest level of success and best wishes to bring a new entity to the county and new positions that will help the economy during these difficult times in the country.

It amazes me the hatred people possess when they post their comments.
Remember the old saying, "If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all".
We are trying to bring back the speedway and it is a serious investment.
The community would benefit through jobs and entertainment. However, so many negative comments.
What a shame.
After reviewing some of the posts and the authors of those posts, all we can say is "WOW". It figures. Grow up people.
The facts is Paul Lyndaker is foreclosed on. Somebody will be owning the track. Promote your hatred and lies, but a new owners will have a presence in the community. If you don't like it, stay away.
We don't want your business anyway.

Just a few more facts for the naysayers out there that want to believe in Paul Lyndaker and Eric Young. Cannot make it any more clearer that these two cannot and will not hold any events at the speedway. It will take the court order, but they have no standing there and that is a fact.
Please read and understand that the park is owned by Orson Yancey the mortgage holder and has been since the judgement in 2019. Almost 2 million is now owed.
But of course, Paul Lyndaker and Eric Young and anybody that works with these individuals are promoting lies and totally non facts in order to try one last ditch effort to take money from unsuspecting people and hold events that are illegal.
We just can't seem to wrap our minds around the fact that why anybody would subject themselves or family members or friends to participate in an event that is uninsured, non-permitted and just plain wrong on a property that they deliberately want to destroy and run down so the new owners will have to expend untold amounts of money to restore.
Due to Covid, getting rid of Paul Lyndaker was on hold and just was lifted to proceed in the courts with the foreclosure.

The new owners are allowing us to post some of the emails between the government agencies and the mortgage holder for the interested parties to understand the degrees that Paul Lyndaker and Eric Young will try to go to for their own greed.

Once again, the new owners will not be having any mud events and will not allow Eric Young or Paul Lyndaker on the property.
The current legal proceedings will stop all this. The court will order that these unscrupulous two will be restrained from destroying the property any further.

All of the planned events by the new owners were cancelled for 2022 and there are no events planned and we strongly urge all people to not plan or attend anything that Eric Young claims will be happening in July.
IT WILL NOT.
We are being forwarded all the trucks that Eric Young claims have signed up. This will not happen. Please do not waste your time or money or your summer vacations to go to and participate in something that will not be taking place.
We will post the court orders as soon as they are received.

We hope in the future that you will all come back to enjoy the park and the events that are now being planned for 2023 and 2024.

Please read the following emails between government agencies and parties involved for your own edification and understanding of the future of the park.

We will be installing new phones and we encourage all parties to call or visit the park offices as soon as we get established in the coming months. Remember that the name is being changed and we would like all community citizens to help in the choosing of the name.

Please be advised once again that all nasty and untrue comments are deleted and any individuals will be banned if they post anything that compromises the integrity of the site.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and soon all this will be over and normal will resume.

We have also posted the info on the lawsuit from last years Stuck in the Muck event wherein the young lady was seriously injured and nobody had insurance!! So this info will educate. The failure to provide the necessary permits and insurance had resulted in this person to accumulate almost 1 million in medical bills and no way to pay.

We never want this to happen and we certainly want no further incumbrances on the property that will go by the wayside after the title changes hands.

We have literally hundreds of emails and letters of correspondence between the pertinent government agencies and parties involved in the sale. Very happy to share if applicable.
Hang in there and we will be up and running very soon. We are hiring a staff and have management positions available and will fill all other positions for support of the running of the facility next summer.

The County of Lewis has been amazing since last summer and we look forward to working with them for many years to come. In spite of the bad karma that Paul Lyndaker is trying to promote we are here to stay.

In an effort to end the rumors and totally false statements being made by Paul Lyndaker (Previous Owner currently in Foreclosure)) and his engaged minions that are being used to promote ill will and falsehoods toward the new owners and contracted entities, we would like to give a brief explanation of the events leading up to this moment.

One year ago, Paul Lyndaker entered into a purchase agreement with the new owners. After the first several months and tons of money spent and work contracted to repair the infrastructure and make improvements, Paul Lyndaker tried his famous back shuffle to get rid of the owners and keep their money. This was not his first duplicitous attempt to defraud and mislead buyers.

To all the people that have been defrauded and used by Paul Lyndaker over the years, for services and money he has always agreed to repay or make good on, and never did, you will understand fully what the owners are going through.

Paul Lyndaker failed to inform the out of state buyers that he was in tax foreclosure and mortgage foreclosure. His plan was to take as much as he could and deal with the fallout, hopefully after the people walked away out of disgust or embarrassment. A county official advised the purchasers that the property was tied up with insurmountable liens and tax issues and advised them to do extreme due diligence to establish the status of the Adirondack Speedway, after a meeting with all government officials at the track.
By the time the purchasers were advised of the property status, the entire 2022 season was booked, and contracts were in play and Paul Lyndaker was hoping to reap all the benefits and profits from the work done by the new owners. Paul Lyndaker had no intention of going through with the sale and continues to mislead and use the knowledge and financial resources of the new owners.
Under the sales contract, Paul Lyndaker was to remain off the property and not engage in any actions that would impact the property. He cannot book events or borrow against the property. He cannot enter into contracts on behalf of the speedway.

Enter Eric Young IV, a promoter that was unscrupulous and refused to provide the facility with the required permits and insurance to hold an event at the speedway. He was a fly by the seat of your pants promoter and fit the mold of what Paul Lyndaker needed to r**e the land and property for financial gain with no recourse. That is when the new owners discovered that a death occurred and several accidents had occurred during Young's events. Even after the DEC and County of Lewis issued a Cease & Desist order, Eric Young and Paul Lyndaker refused to stop the illegal events and the death occurred. Legal action is currently pending against the speedway and Eric and Paul individually, and at the end of this post, will be the attorney's names and contact info to confirm the facts.

The new owners demanded that certificates of insurance naming the facility as an additionally insured for the events by Eric Young, and he refused and they asked him to leave the property last summer and cancelled his events. He proceeded to leave the track office and drove to the entrance of the park with his 7 "bodyguards" that attended the meeting with him and put out a blurb on FB that he was cancelling again. But what he refused to tell the event participants that he was cancelled for lack of obtaining the required permits for the county and the proper insurance to protect the property and persons if any injuries occurred. This can all be verified through the Parks and Rec Department of the County of Lewis.

Not to mention the illegal use of drugs by his staff and the state of undress of his Security people and their girlfriends at the entrance of the speedway during check-in at the illegal events and the vulgarity that all participants were subject to as they entered the park. Terrible look and reputation for the speedway at the hands of this wanna be "mud" event promoter and his ex spouse and/or girlfriends. Uncertain as to who was who back then.

The new owners had met with Randy Oakley and Peter Lockwood last June 2021, and arrangements and plans moved forward for a major event this summer at the track, known as Trucks Gone Wild. However, due to the tortious interference of Eric Young and Paul Lyndaker, the event has been cancelled and will not happen this season.
There will be no events this summer. Eric Young is attempting to convince his "followers" that there will be a mud event in July 2022, there WILL NOT be any such event. The foreclosure will be perfected by the current mortgage holder, and no events will take place.
The mortgage holder holds almost a 2 million dollar lien that was given to him by the courts before Covid hit. Due to the mandate to stop all foreclosures, nothing could proceed until this past month.
The foreclosure is proceeding and the case number is as follows for anybody interested in the truth about who owns what.

No payments have been made by Paul Lyndaker and the new amount is a little over 2 million owed to the mortgage holder.

Paul Lyndaker has engaged Kathy Hubbard, Samuel Yancey and Joan Schlier to aid him in intimidating Orson Yancey, the current mortgage holder. They drove to his home in New Hampshire to attempt an intimidation to forego the mortgage because they are related. The police were notified and all four individuals were intercepted prior to attempting to force their visit and intimidation upon Orson Yancey. They were escorted to the state line and advised that if they returned they would be arrested and charged. And just a side note, the mortgage holder is the nephew of Paul Lyndaker. A copy of the police report is available, but it is requested that addresses remain private for the protection of the mortgage holder and his family.

Paul Lyndaker has no moral compass. He has used and bilked millions of dollars from relatives and friends trying to open the Adirondack Speedway, and very little of his own money if any at all, since 2000.
He has defrauded drivers and vendors alike. Entered into contracts with no intention to make any of them good. Lied to potential investors to obtain funds knowing full well he never intended to pay them back.
He has made death threats and has attempted to run over several people after heated discussions of money owed.
Dozens of Affidavits from friends and family members show how he took their money and left them with nothing except a bunch of empty promises. And some of these were directly related and he did not care. His only goal was to satisfy his own ego.
He has made open threats in front of employees and local business people, including Eric Young that the new owner should have a bullet put through her head and dumped in the swamp. He has asked employees if they knew of any place where he could get a gun. In a formal statement from an employee, he laughed as he made these remarks and he was left so uneasy that a call was placed immediately to the new owners and the scenario was relayed and they were advised to seek police protection from the vile temper of Paul Lyndaker.
He lies to everybody and will say anything to obtain funds or aid in his illegal schemes and plans to hang on to a piece of land that is foreclosed on.
He has threatened to demolish everything and said that when he gets done with a bulldozer, nothing will be left to buy.
He has sold assets without permission from the court or mortgage holder that belong to the mortgage lender and the track.
The only thing that Paul did not count on is the tenacity of the new owners. They are not going to be intimidated or lose any more money at the hands of Paul Lyndaker. He has attempted to spread lies and hatred and stories, every single word being a lie, in his attempt to take the spotlight off of him. What Paul Lyndaker refuses to understand is he is the one in foreclosure and this is all of his own doing. Nobody took anything from him. He lost it to his own greed.

When the buyers became aware of his subterfuge they went directly to the mortgage holder. They agreed to purchase from the mortgage holder last September. As soon as the mandate was lifted they could proceed with the foreclosure.
The IT that will be handling the social media platforms went live on Monday, as the foreclosure is now proceeding.
Schedules for 2023 and 2024 are being negotiated now. As soon as the foreclosure is completed, which will be very soon, repairs will continue and the track will be changing names to get away from the terrible reputation that has been earned by Paul Lyndaker.

The attorney for the mortgage holder has sent letters and the court order to all people that do business with Paul Lyndaker or his "businesses", advising them to send all funds to the mortgage holder directly to satisfy whatever part of the debt that can be satisfied, however, Paul Lyndaker uses other people to obtain funds and cash checks to circumvent the court order. He uses the friendships and knowledge of people he has dealt with over the years to aid his deception.
He continues his practices of deception even though he knows he no longer owns the properties and they are being sold to satisfy the debt. He continues to engage people to do business with him under false pretenses because he lies about his standing with the foreclosure process. Paul is on title only until the court removes him to close the foreclosure process. Period. His deception is only an attempt to borrow money knowing the track is gone and he will never pay a dime of it back.
And the other entities Paul Lyndaker uses to generate income are also part of the collateral that belongs to the mortgage holder. But Paul Lyndaker continues to sell, hide and dispose of in illegal ways, all assets and equipment that secured the track mortgage. So hopefully all will come together and we will have great things to relay about the future of the track
We ask you all again to support the track and the changes coming.

And to the nasty comments that have been posted in support of the lies of Eric Young and Paul Lyndaker on FB, they were deleted immediately and you will be banned from all pages.
I caution you that this is a business and your negativities affect many aspects of the daily running of this sort of business. Being out of state is a challenge and until a manager is hired the social media aspect will be as posts only.
As we stated before, watch the website and FB for all updates.
And if you have any suggestions for the re-naming of the facility, please send them along when the contest is posted for submissions.

Barclay Damon Law Firm is handling the foreclosure. Attorney Teresa Bennett is leading the case. But, just follow the court filings and you will have all the knowledge you will need to make your own decisions of the man that Paul Lyndaker truly is. It is the opinion of this IT guy that he is a narcissist with a side of psychopath thrown in. Just saying.

I have programmed the new FB and web sites not to accept any posts until we are through with the foreclosure and removal of Paul Lyndaker. This will not play out in social media as a he said - she said drama.
Please refrain from messaging and follow the posts. As soon as we have good news, we will report it. We will keep you advised of all planned events and what we have in the works for the coming 3 years.
On another note, we ask that if by some chance an unplanned event slip through without our knowledge, ask to see the insurance. Ask to see if it is a legal event. Call the county and ask if the necessary permits are issued. Call the local police and ask if there is a planned event at the park. The bottom line is that without insurance, and something happens like it has in the last 2 years, a death and several serious injuries, there is nothing to help with the medical or issues that come up. And Paul Lyndaker knows this. Eric Young knows this. They have no regard or concern for you as a participant or spectator. All they care about is the money.
Your safety is not their priority and they could care less if there is another accident.
This is the behavior that has given these events the reputation they have. They are unwelcome in town and and none of the events to date have ever had a legal permit or insurance.
Do not play into any of their plans for non-sanctioned, uninsured, non-permitted events.

Our number one concern will be the public and attendees at any event at the park.
Our goal is to make this a place for the entire community to come together and enjoy a myriad of events that will be conducted legally and have your best interest as our number one goal.
