Most compressed air companies won’t touch a refrigerated air dryer. We’re not most companies. 🔧

Our team responded to a low suction pressure alarm on a Zeks 3000HSG at a large cement manufacturing center in New Braunfels. Diagnosed low refrigerant, performed a full recovery and recharge with R410A, and got the dryer back to spec.

Refrigerated dryer service takes specialized tools, EPA-compliant refrigerant handling, and techs who actually know the refrigeration circuit. That’s a short list in this industry, and IOS is on it.

That's not a garden hose. That's water pouring out of a compressed air tank.

A failed float drain let condensate build up inside this customer's receiver tank until it was holding gallons of water instead of clean, dry air. Water in a compressed air system corrodes tanks, damages downstream equipment, and compromises air quality across the entire operation.

Our tech drained it, diagnosed the failed float drain, and got the system back to where it should be.

A float drain is a small part. Ignoring it is a big problem.

On a variable speed drive unit, the electronics generate serious heat — the drive, the capacitors, the controller board all depend on clean airflow through that cabinet to stay cool. When the filter clogs, the airflow stops, and the electronics start cooking.

A drive failure on a VSD compressor isn't a filter change. It's a shutdown and a repair bill that makes you wish someone had just changed the filter.

We dropped off extra parts for the customer to keep on site so they're covered between service visits. If a filter needs attention before the next scheduled PM, they've got spares on the shelf instead of downtime on the floor.

We ran aluminum air pipe from their compressor through the fab shop and out the back side to the forklift area — two drops inside for pneumatic tools and one outside for the yard. Clean, efficient, and built to deliver air exactly where it's needed.
