A customer dropped off a Jackson Knarr FD that had an issue with water getting inside the hull. After conducting a water test, found two cracks one on each side of rear seat bracket, where it meets the hull. After bracing, and welding the area, had Input Output 3D Prints in SA fabricate seat support brackets to cover the area, and provide more surface area for weight displacement. Came out Solid 💪

In addition, Customer also had me install the new Garmin 94SV 🔥

Gnarly crack on the Bow of this Lifetime Tohoma...was able to multilayer with Polyetheline to beef up the area, and seal it from leaking. Back to the 🌊 you go...💪💯

Another boat back on the water 🌊💪💯

Customer brought in a Hoodoo Tempest 120P with broken Steering/Rudder lines. The tubing in which the steering lines run through were brittle, and cracking as well.

I started by removing both the old tubing, and broken steering lines. Then replaced the tubing inserts, and ran new Coated Stainless Steel cabling to prevent rusting/corrosion in the future, for his steering lines. Last, I adjusted the steering cables to remove any slack, and maximize turning radius.

Repair Complete ✅
