Broken clutch ford on this 91’ Ford F-250. While we had the transmission we noticed a rear main seal leak, and the clutch was at its wear mark. New clutch, pilot bearing, throw out bearing, and clutch fork for this customer got him whipped back into shape to keep this old truck on the road for years to come 👍🏻

Shop was full but didn’t stop us from knocking out a full service on this 2021 1500 Duramax. Along with replacing factory transmission pan with a PPE deep pan, as well as black anodized aluminum fuel filter housing. And of course replaced all fluids with nothing but the best from Amsoil. Whos ready for this frame off street truck build? 😈 this 3/4 ton gas base will be fully stripped so the frame can be sand blasted so we can start on some fab work, will have a common rail power plant backed by a G56 trans tied to some 3rd gen axles to utilize the disc brakes and fl**ge style yoke instead of the weak strap style U-joints. We love providing trustworthy repairs to the everyday consumer to keep them on the road but we also enjoy digging into these bigger projects that include involvement with the customer to make their dreams a reality!! Another truck from our friends over at Suntech Electric. This F-550 will be receiving a intercooler charge pipe fix. And also came in with a intermittent fuel knock and found that number 3 injector pigtail was not plugged it fully after a previous shop replaced the fuel return lines and failed to secure the pigtail properly. Time for this thing to go back to work!
