🔧 Sometimes the Right Repair Doesn’t Have to Break the Bank 🏍️

This 2004 Honda VTX1300 came into the shop with the customer complaining that the bike was running poorly at idle.

After diagnosing the issue, we found a vacuum leak at the carburetor along with an exhaust setup that wasn’t helping its low-RPM performance.

Here’s what we took care of:
🔧 Repaired the carburetor vacuum leak
💨 Reinstalled mufflers

With older carbureted bikes, you need back pressure in the exhaust system for the bike to run properly at low RPMs. Rather than throwing expensive parts at it, we came up with an affordable solution that worked with the customer’s budget and got him back on the road. 💪

1941 Harley WLA Flat head

🏍️ From Museum Piece to Back on the Road — 1941 Harley-Davidson WLA 🇺🇸

This one was something special. This 1941 Harley-Davidson WLA Flathead was picked up by the customer from a museum with just 45 original miles on it!

Working on a machine that’s over 80 years old takes more than just replacing parts. It takes troubleshooting, research, patience, and the ability to adapt when the normal solutions don’t apply. 🔧

We started by going through the bike and getting the systems it needed back in working order:

⛽ Went through the entire fuel system
⚡ Repaired wiring
🛞 Installed new tires
🔧 Repaired the ignition system
🔥 Installed new spark plugs/point&condenser
⚙️ Tuned the carburetor

From diagnosing problems to tracking down parts for a bike built in 1941, this project put our experience to work—and we couldn’t be happier with the results. 💪

It takes a real mechanic to bring a piece of history like this back to life. Now this WLA isn’t just sitting in a museum anymore—it’s running again. 😎

🔥 Custom Fit, Factory Look 🏍️💨

This 2020 Yamaha R1M came into the shop for a couple of custom upgrades.

Here’s what we took care of:
🛠️ Installed a custom lower/belly pan, carefully fitted around the exhaust system for a clean, factory-style finish.
⬇️ Installed a 1.5-inch lowering kit to give the bike a more aggressive stance and dialed-in look.
