With the beginning of a new year I've decided to make a couple of changes to better serve my customers. My scheduling and payment app square has finally updated to accept deposits instead of just full payments or holding the card. I've decided to switch over to 20% deposits when scheduling online instead of the full payment in advance. I like this option better personally because it actually seems like I'm getting paid at the end of the job. I don't see this being an issue but if it becomes too complicated I can switch back to full payment.

Which leads me to the complicated portion. I've been using solar fx window films exclusively for quite awhile now. I have had several inquiries about higher end or better than ceramic options. Fortunately I will be adding a couple of their top tier films to my lineup. These films are quite costly so my stock will be limited to start but if the demand is there I will continue to add shades. Having four different films I understand that this will get quite complicated. With switching to the deposit you will be able to upgrade the day of your appointment if you choose. I have already updated my website to explain the differences in these films.

I've always said that I want to offer my customers a level of service and products others aren't willing to do. I'm here now proving those words.
