Unadilla MX began in 1969. Unadilla MX began in 1969 on land that was formerly a dairy farm. But the potential was there. In 2000, “U-2” was unveiled.

Run by the Robinson Family since its inception, Unadilla hosts amateur events, a vintage MX Weekend (MX Rewind) and Pro National MX yearly. While motocross had a foothold in Europe after having started at the end of World War II, it was not well known in America. The original pro track began to be laid out towards the back of the facility but logistics soon made it clear that it would be less than an ideal location. Thus it was back to the drawing board and a course was laid out closer to the highway. That forward thinking continues to be appreciated today. Unadilla took off in popularity almost from the first event. Over the years, Unadilla has been home to the 250 USGP, the fall Trans-AMA and Trans-USA series, was the first track in the U.S. to hold the MX des Nations, and has hosted a round of the Pro Motocross Nationals for the last seventeen years. Part of “U-2” lays on what was originally planned as the pro track. A track with similar features to its big brother, it was and continues to be designed with amateur racers in mind and remains true to outdoor motocross with its long uphills and downhills, sweeper turns, and jumps. The racing season typically opens in May and runs through September. Located in the rolling hills of Central New York, for over five decades, racing at Unadilla continues to be some of the best of the season for both racers and spectators.

Kinda cool to see Ken Roczen back on the SMX podium in Columbus. 🙌 Kenny kept it together in the mud and walked away with 2nd overall. 📷LeBig

Two brothers. One championship. 🏆 Hunter and Jett Lawrence took the 2026 Pro Motocross 450 title fight all the way to the final moto of the season, and in the end, Hunter got it done.
What a championship battle between the Lawrence brothers. Congratulations to Hunter Lawrence, your 2026 Pro Motocross 450 Champion! 👏🏆 📷 LeBig

Last event of the season… JDay Off Road is this weekend! A little bit of woods, a little bit of fields and a little bit of moto, all laid out and clearly marked. Even better, it’s a doubleheader weekend, so you can race Saturday, Sunday or both days. Never tried off-road racing before? This is the perfect opportunity to give it a shot. Every class except 50cc races twice each day, so you’ll get plenty of track time. Pre-entry is definitely your best bet. See you this weekend! J Day Off Road
