One of our clients contacted us stating they got a system not charging error and the vehicle died. We went to diagnose it and found the alternator to be bad due to an oil leak. Just a reminder we still have this going on. We have collected so many items already but would like to keep it going.

It’s that time again, Walt’s mobile service 2nd annual school supply drive. Starting August 1 to August 31 we will be collecting any and all school supplies for kids in need. We did this last year and collected 14 backpacks, 2 garbage bags full of crayons, pencils, pens, etc… even cash donations which we used to help children with back to school clothes. So if you’d like to donate we will offer a $5 credit on any repair up to $30 off. If you’d just want to donate that’s ok too just contact us and we’ll pick it up. The collected items will be distributed through local school districts in the area you are from, so it’ll make a difference in your community. Here is the Walt’s mobile service difference. We had a client contact us stating their vehicle would not charge and it had died on them over a week ago. When we arrived we checked to make sure the motor wasn’t locked up as it’s a Hyundai. We did a preliminary Diag and found the current alternator to look pretty new this was a clue. We went to check the terminals and found both to be so loose they slipped right off. We in good conscience couldn’t charge the client to change the alternator. We fixed the terminals and jumped the vehicle and now it operates as it should. Thank you Christina S. For your patronage. Client had a low brake pedal and failed state inspection due to parking brake being inoperable. We took everything apart and found the rust buildup on the hat of the rotor was excessive and not allowing the shoes to grab properly. Watch the video for full details.
