Good morning
We at Sparkys appreciate ALL our customers. We understand that your vehicles are very important to you. We are currently booking out in November. If you are scheduled with us and decide to go somewhere else please call and let us know. We order parts ahead of time so we have them when you drop off. We only have so much time to send parts back to get credited. We also understand that waiting on insurance checks can be a bit time consuming. Our office does their best to make sure checks are being sent in a timely manner so we can book your appointments. Please keep in mind that if YOU are waiting on payment then WE also are waiting on payment. If we fix your vehicle before you receive payment that means we don't get paid until the payment gets sent.

Sparkys will NOT be giving ANY estimates this week.We are working on what we have here already and getting ready to close for Vacation. Rick WILL NOT be available this week for phone calls or walk-ins of any kind. If your vehicle is here being repaired please DO NOT CALL. We will call you when it is ready. Calling just takes away from repairing the car.

Happy Friday
Rick will be unavailable today. He will not be taking phone calls or talking to any customers who come in. NO ESTIMATES NO EXCEPTIONS. We are completely booked for the month of August and we are scheduling into September.
Have a great weekend and drive safe.
