Congratulations to my clients on closing on their three-family in New Bedford! 🏡🔑

This one was years in the making. When we first met over Zoom, they had a goal of owning a three-family in New Bedford. They put in the work, stayed focused, and now they officially own their first investment property! 🥂

We were able to negotiate seller credits to buy down their rate, cover closing costs, and get their monthly payment where they wanted it. 🙌🏼
