2009 Freighliner Cascadia with a Series 60 Detroit.

Customer called with a complaint of a significant coolant leak. Suspecting it to be a bad water pump.

Our tech went mobile, and drove out to the yard. Verified the water pump was in-fact bad.
This Series 60 water pump job wasn’t going to be a walk in the park doing it on site. However, that is a challenge we love to accept.

Our tech removed the water pump and Egr cooler and inspected all the parts and hoses before installing the new water pump.
After replacing the pump he re assembled the truck and verified the fix. Refilled the cooling system and verified all the air to be out of the system he test drove the truck and ensured the cooling system to be working properly.

We not only gained another happy customer but we helped him avoid a tow fee and an inconvenient downtime.

2014 freightliner m2 with the isb Cummins.
Customer had it towed to us for a stalling issue and noticed oil pressure gage wasn’t functioning the truck wasn’t charging either. Our tech found a shredded serpentine belt and when it broke it tore out the wiring for the oil pressure sensor. We repaired the sensor wiring and replaced the belt. We also did a full pm on the truck to get them rolling.

We haven’t been very active as we’ve been a little busy focusing on work.

2010 izuzu npr hd
Came to the shop for huge loss of power not going over 45 mph.
Had engine light on. Our tech scanned the truck and monitored fuel pressure and noticed a loss of fuel pressure trying to drain the fuel water separator he noticed a clog. Removing the drain he discovered mass amounts of broken down filter media, gel, rust, and dirt. Spun new filters on after cleaning it all out and the truck runs like new!

2009 Peterbilt 386

Customer brought the truck to us to go over for inspection and some repairs. We replaced front brakes and drums. Adjusted the brakes. Replaced front shocks and a rear axel seal. Upon checking over our tech noticed a substantial air leak. Noticing when moving the truck it was stuck in the high side gears not allowing to switch back over to the low side. Locating the air leak he found the splitter valve was cracked from corrosion.

Sunday Sunday Sunday.

2013 international max force party bus!

Repeat, customer happy with our previous work called us Sunday morning with a dead truck, needing a jumpstart.

Our technician went mobile Sunday morning. Traveled to the customer with our jump pack, quickly jumpstarting the stone dead bus.

He taught the new owner how to use the master switch to kill all power when not in use. Figured out how to operate signage, and the electronics inside of the bus.

Once again, we left with another happy customer!

2009 class a Georgetown motorhome

Customer called us with complaints of his jacks not going up or down and the slide outs didn’t work.

Our tech went mobile and traveled to the site to check it out. When he got there he opened the battery box and found the 90 amp bus fuse was tripped. To source the reason for that he took to tracing wiring. Under the step he found a chewed up ground wire and a loose step mechanism. After repairing the wiring and securing the step, he verified that his repairs worked. The motor home now functions properly again and our customer is heading on a trip to South Carolina!
