This 2025 Ford Bronco Badlands edition is ready for all the Community Outreach events its law enforcement agency has planned, and they couldn’t be more thrilled! Our expert technicians performed a lot of customization and really made it happen seamlessly!
The 2 Federal Signal Dyna Flare 48” red/white/blue lightbars are stacked on the flat mounting surface of a custom-fitted DV8 light bar bracket. A Federal Signal Lighting/Siren Control Module is installed under the rear seat as requested by the Police Chief and a Sync Module is installed to connect all lighting sequences with the rest of their fleet.
Federal Signal Dyna Flare 60” red/white/blue lighting is mounted below each running board/rocker panel and there is also a Federal Signal Micro Pulse Smoked Lense light mounted to the exterior B- post between the front and rear doors on each side of the Bronco.
Federal Signal Rear-Facing 24” Dyna Flare lighting is installed in the cargo space and is secured to the cap ceiling. A Federal Signal 24” red/blue/amber light is secured to the top cross of the roll bar and a Micro Pulse red/white/blue light is mounted to the rear down posts of the roll bars. These 3 lights will only be activated when the roof is removed and a toggle switch is activated.
Additionally, 2 Federal Signal Micro Pulse red/white/blue lights are installed behind the spare tire. Federal Signal lighting in red/white/blue is installed in the wheel liners providing undergrow accent lighting and are synced with all of the Federal Signal lighting.
The front grill of the Bronco features 2 Federal Signal Micro Pulse red/white/blue perimeter lights, a siren/speaker and a Federal Signal 24” Dyna Flare Tube is installed on the push bar.
Expert installation of the battery, ignition and ground services complete the build. An 80 amp resettable breaker is installed near the battery in the engine compartment as a battery positive source to the cargo area to supply the Federal Signal light/siren control module. That battery source joins and ignition source and chassis common ground. All wiring is routed in a secure, uniform and discreet manner.
Next up for this Bronco is lettering… and you don’t want to miss the final results!
