We are aware of a national carrier outage that may be preventing some calls to and from Solarus phone numbers from successfully going through. ☎️ A third-party partner that carries calls between us as well as several cellular and long-distance providers is experiencing disruptions in service due to down equipment. They are actively working on the repair.

We have rerouted all possible outgoing calls, so any calls you make from your Solarus phone number should go through. Calls coming in to you may still fail until their repairs are complete.

If someone can't reach you, please let us know. Any information you can provide for us can help us determine the severity of the outage. We'll update as soon as we have more information.
