A Corvette, a Beetle, and a Cyclone sitting outside the shop on a beautiful Wisconsin afternoon.

Different makes. Different eras. Different stories.

Moments like this are a reminder of how fortunate we are to spend our days surrounded by passionate owners, remarkable vehicles, and the craft we love.

Hand-Fabricated History

Every curve, angle, and merge point of these headers was built by hand specifically for this car.

With no original headers to copy, the geometry was developed from period photographs, historical research, and extensive mock-up work to recreate what would have been present on this Italian race car in its day. The challenge wasn’t simply making them fit—it was making them look as though they had always belonged there.

From individual tube layout to final fitment within the tight confines of the chassis, each section was fabricated, adjusted, and refined until the proportions matched the character of the car.

Sometimes restoration means preserving what’s there. Other times it means carefully recreating what history left behind.

1979 Pontiac Bonneville

One of the greatest compliments we can receive is when a customer continues to trust us with their vehicles year after year.

This beautiful, all-original 1979 Bonneville belongs to a longtime customer whose collection has brought many special vehicles through our doors. This visit was for exhaust work and a routine inspection—part of the ongoing care that helps keep well-preserved classics like this on the road.

Not every project needs a full restoration. Sometimes the most important work is simply helping an original car continue doing what it was built to do.

We’re grateful for the trust and proud to play a role in preserving pieces of automotive history like this Bonneville.

The 1973 Mustang is back from paint and ready for reassembly.

The body lines are crisp, the color is stunning, and the years of preparation behind this stage are finally paying off. Now it’s time to begin the careful process of bringing every system, trim piece, and detail back together.

This is where a collection of parts starts becoming a car again.

Back on the road and ready for summer. ☀️

This 1972 Chevrolet C10 stopped in for brake service and a little attention from Nathan to get everything sorted out and road-ready. Thanks to his quick work, this classic truck was back out the door and ready to enjoy another driving season in short order.

Not every project is a full restoration. Sometimes it’s about keeping a well-loved vehicle safe, reliable, and ready for the next cruise, car show, or weekend drive.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to help keep these classics on the road where they belong.

Some projects carry a certain feeling the moment they roll through the door. This late 1930s–early 1940s midget racer is one of them.

Built in an era where speed, ingenuity, and hand craftsmanship went hand in hand, the car still carries its original engine — recently rebuilt by its owner, who himself is a record-breaking Bonneville Salt Flats motorcycle racer. The history and spirit behind this car feel perfectly matched to the machine itself.

It came into our shop after what is believed to have been damage from a fallen tree branch, requiring extensive metal repair work to bring the body back into proper shape.

Projects like this demand patience more than anything. Old hand-formed bodies rarely give up their shape easily, and every repair has to respect the craftsmanship and character already built into the car nearly 90 years ago.

There’s something deeply rewarding about preserving pieces like this — not just repairing damage, but helping keep the story, the history, and the craftsmanship alive for the next generation. #
