Did you know car's braking system utilizes fluid?

When you press the brake pedal, fluid travels through the hoses and pistons inside the clamp shaped mechanism on the rotors, called calipers, force the brake pads to make contact with the rotors. The friction causes the car to stop.

If you have to press the pedal harder and harder over time, it may be time for a brake fluid flush. Moisture build up in the system is a common cause. It's typically recommended every 30K miles, or every 2 years.
