Friday Night Lights in Meridian Mississippi. My Grandson Tommy made the Varsity team as a Freshman. Starts on Special Teams. We won 35 - 0.
His little brother Jude (6th grader) plays for the Jr High team. I am a Very Proud Pop to these two boys! Much love!

Happy 45th Anniversary to us! On July 15th, 1977 ; I married the most beautiful girl in the world. Went to Acapulco for our honeymoon. I had hardly even ever been out of Port Arthur up until then… 😆. Turns out the most beautiful girl grew into the most beautiful person I have ever known. This love will never end…

UPDATE:
Unfortunately we heard from the State of Texas again yesterday that ALL Driving Schools are to remain closed due to the Governors Executive Order. Drivers Ed is classified as non-essential business therefore we must abide by the social distancing guidelines. Failure to do so would result in fines and suspension of our license to conduct buisness.
We are very sorry for the frustration this is causing. I remember when I was sixteen, getting my license was the biggest event of my life. I can only imagine the anxiety and frustration this is causing for parents and students now waiting for the process to resume...
I further apologize for the confusion I created when I posted that we would open for testing and limited lessons on May 4th. The morning of May 4th we received an email from the State of Texas saying Drivers Ed stay closed as it is deemed non-essential.
Please be patient, this is frustrating for us as well. Stay tuned, we will post updates and let you know when the process will resume.

Good News!
Hebert Driving Academy is reopening on a limited basis for the month of May. Beginning May 4th we will be administering teen and adult driving tests. We will also conduct driving lessons on a limited basis.
We are working on a plan to reopen teen permit classes in June. If you have questions or would like to inquire please message us via this site or call/text 409-543-7777 .

We are working hard to get everything going again!
