In business if I say we can't get to a job it's not bc we don't want to it's bc we cant thoroughly complete the job in the time frame they asked (but will point you in the right direction)

we have an obligation to the ones scheduled no matter how small or big. this has been the motto for years

I could never understand the ppl that always say yes knowing they can't do this.

there's a reason we consistently have a waiting list, its bc we 100% have some of the best customers that dont fall for the "free" gimmicks you see during income tax time, it's just honest one on one service that treats everyone the same year round. I wouldn't go to a donut shop for a steak. would you go to a l**e shop for a lift? if something is needed better/faster then we can do we promise to send you to the right people.
